DO I GET TO CHOOSE WHAT SOCKS I RECEIVE EACH MONTH?
No, and that’s the beauty of our service. You’ll get fun and exciting designs in your sock subscription monthly. And you’re guaranteed to love them!
WHAT IS THE SIZE AND MATERIAL OF THE SOCKS?
Our socks fit Men's Sizes 7-13 and contain 80% combed cotton, 15% polyester, 5% elastane
HOW MUCH DOES SHIPPING COST?
Shipping is FREE everywhere!
WHEN DOES MY ORDER SHIP?
The cutoffs to place an order on the sock subscription is the 5th and 15th of the month. Place your order before these dates, to get that month’s pairs! Your first order will ship within a week, and recurring orders will ship a few days after your billing date (the 6th or 15th).
HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR MY SOCKS TO ARRIVE?
Orders to the USA have an estimated delivery time of 2-5 business days, and are shipped via USPS.
Orders to Canada have an estimated delivery time of 5 business days, and are shipped via Canada Post.
Orders shipped internationally have an estimated delivery time of 10-20 business days.

Additional taxes and duties may be charged. It is the responsibility of the customer to pay these duties and taxes.

You may edit your shipping address and other details from your subscription portal. Simply check the last email you received from us with the subject line "Your recurring order purchase confirmation from Society Socks" to access your personal portal. If you are having trouble locating the link, please send us an email with your address change at contact@mysocietysocks.com.

HOW DO I SKIP A MONTH (OR MULTIPLE)?
You may skip a month of your subscription by vising the delivery schedule tab on your subscription portal and clicking "Skip" beside the month you would like skipped. To access the subscription portal simply check the last email you received from us with the subject line "Your recurring order purchase confirmation from Society Socks" to access your personal portal. HOW DO I CANCEL MY SUBSCRIPTION?
Please don’t go! If you would rather skip a few months, we can easily modify your subscription. Please email us at contact@mysocietysocks.com and we will either skip a few months or cancel your subscription at your request.
